By accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Use of the SYMBIONT software is governed separately by the End User License Agreement.
The Website provides information about the SYMBIONT software, facilitates license purchases, trial downloads, and access to documentation. You agree to use the Website only for its intended purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), acting as Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service. License keys are delivered electronically upon successful payment. You are responsible for safeguarding your license key.
Trial access is limited to one request per email address. Download links expire after 48 hours. Trial use is subject to the restrictions specified on the Website and in the EULA.
All content on the Website — including text, graphics, icons, software, and design — is the property of Astral Space Lab and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Website content without prior written permission.

All purchases include a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee. Refund requests are processed by Paddle. Upon refund, your license is deactivated. See the Refund Policy for details.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
