Astral Space Lab ("we", "us") operates the SYMBIONT software and the public Website. This Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Email about license, download, upgrade, FELLOW, research, or education — processed to respond and, where applicable, to deliver a license key and download link
Payment references you send (e.g. transfer confirmation) as needed to complete a sale

No cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers are set by us on the marketing surface
Fonts are self-hosted; we do not load Google Fonts from Google's CDN
Standard server or host logs (IP, user-agent, path) may exist at the infrastructure layer for security and uptime

Verify and activate licenses (including multi-machine allowance for FELLOW)

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information for marketing, except as required by law.
3. Storage
Activation data is stored on secured servers under our control or our host. We retain sale and email records only as long as needed for the license relationship, legal obligations, or ongoing contact you initiate.
4. The Software
After activation, SYMBIONT is designed to run offline for ordinary creative use. The Software does not ship telemetry of your patches, audio, or workflow to us. Activation and re-validation may contact our license endpoint as described in the product.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to legal retention needs (e.g. completed sales records). Contact:

Hosting / email — infrastructure operators process traffic and messages as processors for us.
If a card Merchant of Record is introduced later, that processor's policy will apply to those checkouts and will be named here.
7. Children
The Software is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Policy. Material changes update the date at the top of this page.
