SYMBIONT is digital software delivered by download only. Paid tiers are STUDIO, COMPLETE, and FELLOW (founding USD prices on #acquire). Licenses are requested by email; keys and installers are issued electronically.
Eligible purchases of STUDIO, COMPLETE, or FELLOW may be refunded in full within 30 days of cleared payment, no questions asked — unless a different written term was agreed for that specific sale.
If you paid an upgrade differential (e.g. STUDIO → COMPLETE for USD 256), the refund window applies to that upgrade payment from its own completion date. Refunding an upgrade reverts the license to the prior tier where technically feasible; refunding the original license deactivates the Software license entirely.
Write to with payment reference and the email used at purchase. We aim to process refunds within seven (7) business days after approval.
The license key is deactivated. You must stop using the Software and remove installed copies. Machine bindings for that key are released.
Trial is free; there is no purchase to refund. Use Trial to verify fit (including sample-rate load) before buying.
